Thermal-oil heating steam generators use high-temperature thermal oil to heat water inside the drum and generate saturated steam.
The ZFQ / ZF series uses a U-shape tube heating device. High-temperature heat-transfer oil flows through the tube and releases thermal energy to the surrounding water.
As heat is transferred through the tube, the water inside the steam generator reaches saturated conditions and produces steam for industrial process requirements.

From Thermal Oil to Saturated Steam
The ZFQ / ZF steam generator transfers thermal energy from high-temperature heat-transfer oil to water through its U-shape tube heating device.
High-temperature heat-transfer oil flows through the internal U-shape tube.
Heat from the thermal oil is released through the tube surface to the water inside the steam generator.
The heated water reaches saturated conditions and produces steam for the required industrial process or utility application.
